Due to the digital nature of products, there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically. The clients are expected to proofread their order before submitting and after receiving their order. We offer (1) revision on the design you purchase if we make an error. We do not revise items for re-wording, date changes, location changes, time changes, color or font changes. We are NOT responsible if you do not proofread and print errors. We will provide a revision but no refund will be given. If you would like revisions there is a revision fee option to purchase.
